Upon full payment and completion of the agreed project, final deliverables intended for client ownership may be transferred to the client as specified in the project agreement.

Softrims may retain ownership of its pre-existing:

Libraries.
Development tools.
Reusable components.
Templates.
Internal processes.
Know-how.
Proprietary technology.

Third-party software, plugins, APIs, fonts, stock images, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses and terms.

Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their own accounts, credentials, passwords, hosting accounts, and third-party services unless those responsibilities have specifically been assigned to Softrims under a written agreement.

13. Maintenance and Support

Maintenance, updates, monitoring, troubleshooting, security updates, and ongoing technical support may be provided according to the applicable service agreement.

Unless specifically included in a project or support plan, ongoing maintenance and third-party service costs may be charged separately.
